It's hard to believe an entire year ago we launched the first episode of The Aspiring Stylist. I'm so grateful to every listener, our community and my incredible team for making this podcast possible.

In celebration of our year anniversary this week I want to talk about something near and dear to my heart: growth. It's scary. It's messy. It's necessary. Read that again. Growth can feel uncomfortable, but I promise, it's nothing compared to being stuck where you are.
